Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Aurora Technologies LLC (DBA Seshana)("Seshana," "we") for use of seshana.com and the hosted product. If you are signing up for a school or squadron, you are also agreeing on behalf of that organization.

The product

Seshana is business software for outdoor lesson schools and, in a separate mode, aviation operations such as Civil Air Patrol squadrons. We provide the software. We do not run your school, your flights, or your instruction. You are responsible for waivers, safety, licenses, and any rules that apply to your sport or to aviation — including that aviation customers must still use official systems such as WMIRS where required. Seshana does not replace those systems.

Accounts

You need an accurate email and a password or other sign-in method we support. Keep access limited to people who should see your schedule and customer or cadet records. You are responsible for what happens under your organization's account.

Your data

You own the operational data you put in Seshana (schedules, customers, waivers, and so on). We need a license to host it, back it up, and send the notifications you configure. We will not sell it. If you close the account, we delete or anonymize it after a short retention window needed to unwind billing and backups.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, probe other organizations' data, abuse the demo to provision junk accounts, or use the product to spam. We can suspend an account that is harming the service or other customers.

Beta and billing

During beta, plans may be free. When paid billing is on, the pricing page is the source for plan limits. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. We may change prices with notice; founding-member rates, when offered, are described at signup.

Availability

We work to keep Seshana up. We do not promise it will never fail. Do not use it as the only copy of a waiver or a flight record you are required to keep. Export or print what you must retain.

Liability

The product is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Aurora Technologies LLC (DBA Seshana) is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or damages beyond the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some states do not allow these limits; in those states they apply only as far as permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms. Questions: support@seshana.com.
