Privacy Policy

Seshana is operated by Aurora Technologies LLC (DBA Seshana). This policy describes what we collect when you use seshana.com and the product behind it, and what we do with it. It is written for a small SaaS company, not a courtroom. If something here is unclear, write support@seshana.com.

Who this covers

It covers visitors to the marketing site, people who create an account, and the instructors, customers, and cadets those accounts store as part of running a school or squadron. If you are a customer of a school that uses Seshana, that school is the controller of your lesson record. We process it to provide the product they signed up for.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication details through our sign-in provider (Clerk).
• Organization data: school or squadron profile, schedules, customer or cadet records, waivers, equipment, and the messages the product sends because you asked it to (email, SMS where configured).
• Billing data when you subscribe: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser, and request metadata needed to keep the service up and to debug failures.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use school or squadron customer lists to advertise other companies. Demo sandboxes are throwaway and are not your production data.

Processors

We use vendors to run the product: hosting, authentication, email, SMS, payments, and (when you turn them on) integrations such as Shopify. They only get what they need to do that job.

Retention and rights

We keep account and organization data while the account is active and for a limited time afterward so we can restore or close it cleanly. You can ask us for a copy, a correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing support@seshana.com. If you are in a school's database, start with that school — they own the operational record.

Children

Outdoor schools and squadrons often record minors (students, cadets) with parent or guardian contacts. We provide that capability to the organization. We do not knowingly market Seshana to children.
